To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知大家知唔知其實元氣壽司同千両都係美心集團嘅😂不過千両就行貴價路線，對食材選料尤其講究所以比較新鮮🦐今次叫左千両特盛壽司拼盤(共10款壽司每樣各兩件)$360、特上刺身拼盤$265同埋散叫咗好多壽司、卷物同小食🤪五個人total食咗差唔多$1800(人均消費$350)，講真真係寧願去食個放題仲實際🤥可以喪落單唔洗睇價錢就住就住🙈覺得小伏嘅係叫左3件極上海鰻壽司$70/1，以為係蒲燒鰻魚點知原來係唔同嘅嘢，雖然好長好大條但唔係幾好味🤧下次都係唔好以為貴啲就會好味啲。。值得一讚嘅係呢度嘅拖羅真係幾新鮮幾肥美，而且燒物同串燒都幾惹味🍢
