To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

打正名號話係傳承德昌，見新開就去試吓☺️☺️🤗話明德昌，緊係食個招牌魚皮頭河粉，加左5蚊要埋個墨魚丸雙拼😳47蚊，仲要唔包野飲😔😔想叫埋個樽仔奶茶，但一早已經冇得賣(朝早11點幾)🥲🥲🥲落單既待應，唔係好識得聽廣東話，差啲幫我落左2個河粉😂😂黎到即刻試一試啖湯先，試完就好失望，話晒德昌十幾年前係土瓜灣都開左好耐，由細食到大，但啖湯完全唔係小時候既味道😞😞試埋個辣椒油，一啲都唔香，辣中帶少少甜味，但真係同以前唔同😞😞無幾耐之前係北角間德昌食過，係同小時候既味道一模一樣🥰所以如果有人專登黎食“德昌”呢個招牌既，恐怕就要失望啦😞😞味道黎講不過不失啦，普通一個魚皮頭河粉😅不過鋪頭有啲細，土瓜灣太多人住，坐少少人已經要等位，同埋預咗要搭枱
