Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向好鍾意食辣嘢既我 , 成日都想試吓好多食家力讚既譚仔麻辣米線 , 見佢哋仲話食到上哂癮 , 搞到我心思思啊!! 我自己都有對另一米線食店食上癮架 , 就係雲南桂林過橋米線喇 , haha!今日去開元朗 , 見呢度有間分店 , 就了結呢個心願啦!叫左墨魚丸腩肉麻辣米線 (中辣) + 土匪雞翼米線韌度適中 , 以為中辣都會幾辣啦 , 但原來同我諗既唔同 , 而麻都只係一般 , 唔係好勁 , 湯底略為淡左d , 唔夠濃 , 但都幾香.墨魚丸唔錯 , 幾彈牙 , 而腼肉就好失望 , 無味 , 好厚而韌 , 同我喺雲南桂林過橋米線食既腩肉真係天同地比 , 而且配菜亦無人地咁多 , 咁香 , 真係好失望土匪雞翼 , 好香口 , 但無想像中咁好味啊!未去前 , 以為又會對此店食上癮 , 經此一試 , 就知唔係我杯茶 , 湯底唔啱我口味 , 可以唔洗再嚟lu.

米線韌度適中 , 以為中辣都會幾辣啦 , 但原來同我諗既唔同 , 而麻都只係一般 , 唔係好勁 , 湯底略為淡左d , 唔夠濃 , 但都幾香.
墨魚丸唔錯 , 幾彈牙 , 而腼肉就好失望 , 無味 , 好厚而韌 , 同我喺雲南桂林過橋米線食既腩肉真係天同地比 , 而且配菜亦無人地咁多 , 咁香 , 真係好失望
