To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西環有好多好食既餐廳，小編經過呢間老式上海舖就入去食！進入店內已被懷舊裝修吸引住，大部分用吊燈裝飾，主要以卡位及圓枱作擺設，有點狹窄！之後小編點左牛𦟌排骨麵（$38），牛𦟌入味又易入口，一d都唔韌，排骨係新鮮炸的，脆卜卜，麵好彈牙，加上濃濃既湯底，真係好正！另外，店內既菜膽雞球麵（$38）出乎意料地好食，雞球多汁入味，就算係炸既都唔韌，配埋麵上既菜，一d都唔油膩！雖然有好多人，但店員安排座位同上菜速遞好快，絕對快，靚，正！店內除左招牌菜好食，其他菜式都值得一試，所以小編推介大家黎食！
