To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳裝修舒適美觀,食物亦又精緻又巧手,抵讚!價錢不嬲預咗偏貴,但係都覺得食物質素係值回票價 👍 服務亦非常好,應該仲有睇住客人食到咩進度再上菜,全程絕無催促埋單。二人餐(A) $568* 其他費用: 鹹菜 $24、茶錢人均$18、服務費10%個餐包含: 醉雞、烤麩、小龍包、松露百合炒筍、大蝦兩隻、北京填鴨(半)、金湯蟹肉海皇羹~ 我哋係三個人食,食到最後係剛剛好飽。☺️ 醉雞雞味濃郁,大蝦酸辣惹味,小籠包皮薄餡靚唔油膩。尤其要提下個海王羮!真係好足料,有蝦有真蟹肉好好飲,有去婚宴嘅感覺!北京填鴨刀工一流,雖然冇現場切比你睇,但係係剛好分割好鴨皮同肉出黎,厚薄適中又脆口,加埋薄得嚟但係絕對唔易爛嘅餅皮一齊食真係好好食!( 呢度要提提,餅皮又薄但係又可以唔易爛,都幾神奇,小籠包個皮都係一樣感覺,超薄但係完全唔易穿!)
