To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見大大隻字寫住招牌排骨麵,第一反應梗係上海小舖.咁有誠意,二話不說坐低便立即叫了一個<招牌菜肉雲吞排骨麵>.落完單睇返個 menu,伏味甚濃,點解又有咖哩又沙嗲牛肉嘅? 麵上檯,排骨另上,尚算正宗.不過碗麵點解有蔥粒同炸蒜咁潮洲粉麵feel先一口排骨,成口香茅同豉油醃味. 上海排骨? 差遠矣,倒不如直接做越南香茅豬扒啦. 麵湯係茶記味精底,完全沒有驚喜.雖然係上海麵,但煮得過稔差不多變麵糊啦 反而唯一可贊係菜肉雲吞. 滿滿的白菜豬肉餡,又有些少薑味,都幾屋企手作仔feel總結: 反而用菜肉雲吞做招牌仲好啦…

麵上檯,排骨另上,尚算正宗.

不過碗麵點解有蔥粒同炸蒜咁潮洲粉麵feel


先一口排骨,成口香茅同豉油醃味. 上海排骨? 差遠矣,倒不如直接做越南香茅豬扒啦.

麵湯係茶記味精底,完全沒有驚喜.

雖然係上海麵,但煮得過稔差不多變麵糊啦


反而唯一可贊係菜肉雲吞. 滿滿的白菜豬肉餡,又有些少薑味,都幾屋企手作仔feel


總結: 反而用菜肉雲吞做招牌仲好啦…
