To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔需要講,大家睇圖。隔離嗰台塊鴨皮打曬聖光咁,係平滑係脆面係靚仔嘅; 我哋隻鴨好似燒味舖砍落黎咁。其實!我哋落單先,但隔離黎先都唔緊要,等左十分幾鐘,黎到冇煙,唔熱,可以話佢微暖囉,餅都凍曬,正常係半透明,黎到冇三分鐘都變白色。咁熱鴨熱餅先好食架嘛老闆。我哋小投訴,佢係唔會理你,都係話啱啱新鮮片出嚟嘅咋喎嗰啲廢話。呢餐就咁望住隔離,食我哋隻巢皮鴨☺️,喺正隔離大家又一樣價,咁都放上枱,好難唔比較姐。
