To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家人🧑🧑🧒🧒去荃灣搵食，屋企人揀咗美中鴨子🦆食扁皮鴨，去到先知Eatizen a la carte 7折，但係要重新安裝個apps。Walk-in等咗5分鐘等店員安排座位，有靠牆梳化🛋️位方便小朋友👧🏻。QR code落單，叫咗半隻填鴨$208，雪花❄️松葉炸蟹鉗兩隻$156，煎蛋🍳手抓餅🫓$36，炸銀絲卷$28，茶位$24x4，前菜$24。填鴨都幾多塊皮，皓脆有肥膏，刀🍴工唔錯👍🏻，包皮加埋醬、蔥、青瓜🥒正，仲有鴨肉食，小朋友👧🏻食哂d包皮搞到我唔夠包皮。松葉蟹鉗超巨大，爽口彈牙蟹肉多，手抓餅一般，炸銀絲卷夠脆正。前菜有青瓜🥒豆卜都皓食。可簽卡。要同staff講Eatizen先7折，yuu儲分。

午餐時間去用饍，態度超差，十問九唔應，黑面，打工打到咁都幾爽。埋單時問佢＜有無邊間信用卡銀行會有折扣＞，員工回應 ＜吓，咪已經俾左7折你囉！仲想要咩優惠！＞其實佢都無解釋到點解會俾左7折我。咁既態度，唔會再貼錢買難受。眼見隔離枱問員工關於叫左既鴨既問題，員工聽完無反應就走左去，事後亦聽到隔離枱相當不滿，但現場卻投訴無門。必無下次了！各位想去食既話，必須要預左無人理會你既提問，及被員工鬧。而家香港經濟差，香港飲食業叫苦連天，多得哩啲害群之馬！

一家十幾人食飯 屋企人揀咗美中鴨子 Booked咗位 但係上一輪未食完 所以都要等一陣P.S. 美心同東海堂蛋糕就唔使切餅費 否則$100不過啲侍應真係十問九唔應叫個侍應幫我哋換隻碟 但係聽完就走咗去北京填鴨🦆填鴨皮好脆 好香鴨油味 鴨肉都一啲都唔柴每塊餅皮都有塊蒸籠紙隔開🫓配料剩係得蔥同埋甜醬松子黃花魚🐟酸酸甜甜 炸到脆一脆 魚冇骨反而就個酸甜汁冇咩配料雪花松葉炸蟹鉗🦀勁大嚿嘅一個蟹鉗 啖啖蟹肉可以點沾酸甜醬 酸味出啲酥炸日本生蠔🦪食到生蠔嘅鮮味 本身個size都唔細同埋炸到脆一脆大汗孜然炸豆腐🥛份量唔多 超勁嘅孜然味炸豆腐每粒就好細粒 不過豆腐炸醬好薄土鴨蛋脆煎蚵仔🍳同出面嘅蠔餅好唔同 好明顯係煎蠔餅食落口唔會有好多炸漿 切到好多嚿長方形嚿嚿都有蠔仔金華火腿扒津白🥬津白浸到好腍 吸晒金華火腿湯嘅味道茶樹菇上湯翡翠苗🌱翡翠苗茶樹菇吸晒上湯味食落係好爽口上海粗炒🍝邊條比較長身 冇出面啲咁肥膩咁油所以食落去粗炒個味道唔係好重上海鮮肉鍋貼🥟鍋貼底個皮好脆 雖然皮有啲厚 但係吸晒湯汁灌湯小籠包👍🏻👍🏻小籠包真係皮薄餡靚 一咬係爆汁蔥油餅🌯比較厚身嘅蔥油餅 都係焗到好脆 蔥汁鋪滿蔥油包上牛肉餡餅🐄爆汁嘅牛肉餡餅 牛肉就正常餅皮偏酥

📍美中·鴨子🦆@荃灣廣場～二人填鴨套餐～冷盤三併花膠海皇素翅雪花松葉蟹鉗烤北京填鴨（半隻）油條毛毛菜灌湯小籠包日式青檸凍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️（⭐️5/5）二人套餐份量足，食完好滿足😋！主角烤鴨皮脆，沾上醬汁，夾上青瓜絲，好味！最欣賞松葉蟹鉗，大大隻漲卜卜，食到滿滿的蝦膠，炸得鬆脆，誠意之作👍🏻。

今天中午途經荃灣廣場，看見此餐館有午市套餐，另外點心可打7折（Eatizen), 即管試吓，我哋得兩個人，叫唔到好多：🌱 小籠包 4隻 $50正常水準，皮都算簿，有肉汁👌🌱 炸奶黃包 3個 $32細細個的，好香脆，奶黃好滑溜，推薦👍🏻🌱牛肉餡餅 2件 $50都幾大件，包的直徑有10厘米，外皮煎得好香脆，牛肉餡有湯汁，好正🌱 回鍋肉炒拉麵 $88叫了少辣，落咗好多糖，炒到好甜入座時店員給了前菜小食，青瓜粒加花生，勁辣，我哋根本唔食辣的，收了$24元，見到其他客人全部都話唔要，蠢左囉！原來可以唔要😅茶位$16個，即係入座未食嘢已收你$62元— （16*2+24）*1.1，真係幾貴😓
