To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最初嗌左碎旦煙三文魚三文治俾囡囡食,坐低發現一邊無一邊有碎旦因為一向食開其他分店o既都唔係咁,氣沖沖走返去counter同個女經理講,佢立即就親自當我整返好之後個經理走黎再次同我道歉佢解釋俾我知因為鋪頭新開張大部份都係新同事對於食品製作o既技巧都仲未可以掌握得好好佢仲因為囡囡鍾意食碎旦,介紹左好多其他食物俾我地仲介紹埋4月推出o既碎旦產品誠意邀請我地再光臨佢仲好細心幫我包走囡囡食唔曬o既三文治本身我只係想要個紙袋,但係佢幫我拎返counter入埋盒最後我同囡囡都好開心咁離開雖然有d瑕疵但係睇得出員工好有誠意去補救我相信下次黎佢地一定會有進步
