To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為這食店,我由只是看食評的人變成寫評人,憤怒!! 一直我都很喜歡馬鞍山這個地方一來可以探朋友二來海旁風景美,但今天來到這家食店簡直為這個地方留個污點!不說多餘的,很簡單在門口給蓮藕粉吸引而進去,全店另有一位顧客的小店子. 點了個酸辣炸由酱腩肉蓮藕粉($30),本來有點期望的,來到的所謂腩肉只如手指頭般大而且只有5顆,問問店員他回應是腩肉比較碎,再找多一下都是沒有!! 這真是要這樣收$30?? 我在不同的區域都吃過這樣小店麵食,這家就是價錢至貴而且沒材料的!!再問問店員為什麼沒腩肉的?又跟張貼的相分別那麼大?? 他二話不說可以不要取消倒掉它,反正"又唔係D咩錢,客人至上"云云!! 這就是這家店的待客之道?! 既然店員這樣我就拿袋走了!我將會再給大家看看一些良心小店的食評,大家都是做特色麵食的,食客會怎樣揀很易高低立見!
