To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六兩個人，如果去食一隻阿拉斯加蟹又食唔晒，經過紫粵軒見到有蟹餐，冇任何折扣之下嚟解下蟹癮。我諗成個餐每人只有兩隻蟹腳嘅份量，好似蛋白蒸蟹係將蟹腳開邊再斬半。味道都唔錯嘅，係其中有碟上湯浸菜得幾條都廢事影。呢個餐我覺得最盡只值$398，而且一入坐等咗一段時間都未上菜，第一道菜係沙律唔洗整好耐卦？在場所見其他人係食小菜或其他，可能我哋另類啲。問侍應又好似唔知我哋訂座時訂咗呢個餐咁。食得唔盡興，又貴，埋單連加一$1355兩位。下次都係多幾個人去食成隻蟹啦。
