Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依間包鋪有好多款都想試，但因價錢唔平所以忍手只買左3款四四方方咁幾可愛，麵包咬落幾鬆軟芋泥餡佔左半個包，都幾綿滑，但其實食落冇咩特別，唔值咁貴依個反而有驚喜麻糬比例較少同偏淋身，芝麻餡就非常多，食落好似食緊芝麻湯丸咁，好食，而且相對平，可以encore本身想試蒜香墨汁果款，但可惜賣晒，唯有試依款啦，食落有啖啖抹茶香味，但質感係普通鬆軟麵包，一啲都冇bagel應有嘅硬或chewy包入面有麻糬同紅豆，望落好似好多餡，但其實分佈不均，咬完依幾啖後，包其餘位置已經冇咩餡整體依間包CP值十分低，冇人地講到咁好
