To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從舊鋪搬到新鋪,湯底完全兩回事,唔知舊鋪慢慢演變而成定點啦,以前碗湯係濃稠到有人受不了,而加係同‘一瘋糖‘差唔多,注:唔係話‘一瘋糖‘唔好呀下,只不過完全冇左豚王自已獨有特色。兩塊叉燒依然大塊,不過有好大陣豬騷味,質地有啲似凍肉火腿。麵要了太麵,麵量算多,質地亦不俗,算是整碗麵比較可取的一點。不過始終覺得湯至係日本拉麵嘅靈魂,這樣連鎖店質數要排隊的話就很唔值啦。(今天星期四,七點未夠食完出黎,有十幾人排隊呢。)總結,個人覺得現在嘅豚王已經唔同以前嘅豚王,有點可惜。
