AROME ?! 唔睇中文,真係唔知係東海堂囉..我平時行開青衣城,靚的西餅店麵包店真係唔多,轉左形象的東海除左裝俢唔同晒,仲多左好多新產品。在鋪頭加左一个玻璃屋,有店員在裡面打吉士同焗泡芙,呢個concept 都幾好,可以俾客人清楚睇到店員的製作procedures。泡芙係主打新品,我買左原味的經典泡芙$17,比Beard Papa細少少,但就重手好多,咬口實在,唔似吃陣風,吃左好似旡吃咁。我在日本吃的泡芙,都似係呢款。中間CUT開唧Custard cream,滿滿的Vanilla custard cream好彩唔太甜,日本人鍾愛吃又多cream又甜的custard ,但香港人健康為上,呢款Custard的份量正好。Vanilla cream話係每日人打造,我Buy,因為custard 係Puff 的靈魂,新鮮custard,入口特別香甜,凍凍地吃就一流。泡芙有原味,曲奇,杏仁,款式不算太多,最好可以有唔同味的Custard cream,滿足貪新鲜的香港人。
