To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實呢間酒樓真係次次來都唔夠人手,今次仲更加嚴重。我地每次都是星期日來食,明知星期日一向都係多人,間公司仲可以完全唔夠人手,服務員人數好似同平時差不多。我地被安排坐到最裡面的位置,不計出野食啊姐,大拿拿20幾30張檯得2個服務員,其它人負責其它位置的有過都扮睇唔到,一係就低住個頭行路,總之就唔會同你對上眼神。我地點左6碟,頭2個10分鐘內就上左,之後4個等咗差不多半個鐘,都算,我地都知佢地忙,食到咁上下我地就外賣2碟,等左起碼半個鐘都未有,就同其中服務員講聲,佢問完之後就話冇幇我地打外賣,要自己pack,呢個都唔係問題,到d野食上左啦,我地同送餐啊姐ling外賣盒,佢完全扮聽唔到,直行直過,連反應都唔比個。。算,跟住我地就問其中一個服務員,佢知我地舉手但冇應到我地,到我地第二次舉手,佢有D燜咁講,大概係咁:我轉頭再比張單你地。跟住仲有句,唔記得。+埋個樣真係唔知以為係我想逼到佢跳樓,一早知人舉手又唔比回應人,鬼知你睇到咩。我都唔想催你,但你都唔可以要個人等咁耐,好地地飲餐茶都搞到心情冇曬,冇下次plz;其實食物真係幾好,有Quality但服務方面真係speechless人手方面真係真係

人手方面真係真係超唔夠,其實唔夠人就唔好開咁多檯啦,入咗去又係等,同係出面等係冇分別。
