嗰日去完灣仔,鬼死咁熱,朋友係都話要去食棋哥燒鵝,山長水遠喺灣仔行去銅鑼灣食佢。黎度中門大開,冷氣非常唔夠,不過2點時間人唔多,都可以接受,叫左個燒鵝瀨粉70幾蚊,原來哩度有下午茶,不過2點30分先開始,咁就50幾蚊可以燒鵝瀨粉。瀨粉嘅湯底比較淡,要落薑茸先好味,不過份量好大,燒鵝皮脆卜卜好好味,而且比較多,不過就越食越咸,唔知係咪因為依個原因,所以個瀨粉要打 淡d!所以最後我就返左燒鵝落去啲瀨粉到沖下佢,咁就好好味。
