To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每經過依間餐廳,都被店外用小學生字體寫既餐廳名吸引停底讀下係乜,依啲咪marketing囉,會令人不期然停低望下.既然行得嚟依頭,就入去食啦.叫咗個啫啫豬肚雞煲,因為未試過咁既組合.見到招牌寫著冬瓜湯,但係湯裡面無冬瓜喎,而且都無冬瓜味.只係見到有啲雞腳既殘骸.點解叫做殘骸呢,因為只係見到腳甲果節仔,其剩部分唔知去咗邊.大約有3-4節,勉強都想像到係由一隻腳掌抽出來既.啫啫豬肚雞煲上枱時熱辣辣,真係有啫啫聲架喎.食依啲惹味既餸,配菜好緊要.蒜子好似分咗2批咁,一啲就又林又入晒味,另一啲就相反.雞就好黐骨同埋都幾韌,近骨既位置仲有少少粉紅.豬肚唔入味,同平時白烚既差唔多,食之前點下煲底既汁會好食好多,但同雞肉有相同問題,太韌.無論係蒜子,雞定係豬肚,都好明顥煮得唔夠耐喎,蒜子都算喇,雞同豬肚唔可以生架喎.無叫人攞返去再煮,雞就唯有盡量唔食最近骨既地方啦,豬肚咪擺去煲底慶到最後先食囉.歸根究底都係急著上菜,煲得唔夠耐.其實汁味濃郁唔錯架,煮耐啲應該會好味.順帶一提,侍應脾氣好,有客人不停用唔同講法叮囑侍應飯同餸要另上,講幾分鐘都係同一個意思,如果係大集團我會估佢係神秘顧客.侍應全程無脾氣,
