To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直想試一試呢間自助餐，今日終於嚟試到同家人三人一齊食，熟食雞扒鴨胸唔太好食粟米魚肚羹🌽幾好食，燒賣蝦餃小籠食得過，沙律還好至於壽司🍣龍蝦長腳🦀️本身各間酒店主打就唔太新鮮啲肉仲好硬，至於泳池BBQ又係太硬仲好似有少少唔太熟，但通常主菜唔好食甜品就好好係真嘅任食名牌雪糕杯主打火焰雪糕蛋糕西瓜飄雪🍉芝士蛋糕都好好食，另外可以一讃就係餐廳各位前線服務生態度好好每一次食哂食物都會好主動收碟仲會好有禮同客人打招呼甚至傾談，品質一般唔緊要最主服務態度好客人洗錢都心甘情願唔駛谷狗氣，我個人而言試一次就夠。
