Restaurant: BAI FUNG BENTO (Hysan Place)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚餓底在銅鑼灣有特別任務,得唔係好多時間醫肚,但又唔想求其食,於是上左來希慎既food court搵食,見有百芳,即刻買,因為試過荃灣果間就念念不忘!百芳豬扒便當上次食鹽酥雞,今次就試豬扒啦!豬扒薄薄地,好鬆化,味道都有啲鹽酥味,呀!應該是五香粉!好惹味!豬扒下隱藏了粉絲,菜,粟米肉粒,仲有鹵蛋同菜甫添,好送飯,係超豐富既便當呀!台灣古早味香腸香腸個賣相平平無奇, 一食有驚喜!有蜜汁既香甜,又有微微煙燻味,會令人越食越想食!為左呢個腸,餓底會再返來食!南投桂花烏龍又叫左樽冷泡茶,桂花清幽,烏龍醇香,兩者一拍即合!飲完彷如置身桂花樹下,享受著微風拂......

百芳豬扒便當
上次食鹽酥雞,今次就試豬扒啦!豬扒薄薄地,好鬆化,味道都有啲鹽酥味,呀!應該是五香粉!好惹味!豬扒下隱藏了粉絲,菜,粟米肉粒,仲有鹵蛋同菜甫添,好送飯,係超豐富既便當呀!
