To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2019年Christmas, 同啲屋企人去到另一個親戚嘅屋企開Christmas Party, 呢個係家族，幾十年都係咁，一嚟慶祝主降生成人二來就係家庭聚會咁樣。今次嘅Christmas pParty嘅主角「火雞」，親戚竟然喺去大家樂訂的！！喺呢段時間，大家都知道大家樂係乜嘢背景，而我屋企人都係yellow嘅，點解會咁呢？而家講講個火雞，個火雞唔算好大隻，人手拎到去嘅時候，火雞嘅熱度唔係好熱，隨火雞就半送兩個醬一個係金巴利汁，一個係燒汁。個火雞嘅內籠，係冇stuffings嘅，傳統上火雞一定要有stuffings，this is a must！再講，切出嚟火雞肉又乾又嚡，完全唔juicy，烤火雞其實都可以好tender，however呢個火雞真係唔掂。皮又乾肉又硬。Not Good!再講，嗰兩個汁，金巴利汁都唔夠甜，同埋火雞配燒汁，都係唔妥檔。

而家講講個火雞，個火雞唔算好大隻，人手拎到去嘅時候，火雞嘅熱度唔係好熱，隨火雞就半送兩個醬一個係金巴利汁，一個係燒汁。

個火雞嘅內籠，係冇stuffings嘅，傳統上火雞一定要有stuffings，this is a must！
再講，切出嚟火雞肉又乾又嚡，完全唔juicy，烤火雞其實都可以好tender，however呢個火雞真係唔掂。
皮又乾肉又硬。Not Good!

再講，嗰兩個汁，金巴利汁都唔夠甜，同埋火雞配燒汁，都係唔妥檔。
