To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我地星期六中午12點黎食,揀搭枱唔洗等,咁就搭枱啦。。。其實星期六中午唔洗排隊係唔係一個伏呢?點左點心大概15分鐘左右開始上菜,先上菜同腸粉,碟菜有一半係黃既,腸粉蒸到一pat野咁,皮淋得滯,叉燒又少,點心蒸過龍,蝦餃一夾皮就爛,要個咩卷果啲蒸包呢,半個包蒸到淋得滯,叉燒包個包都唔甜又無包口感,比飯無問又擺錯枱。。我地帶國外朋友黎諗住稻香還可以,點知連人地一食都知唔好食,仲話唐人街好食啲,認真羞家
