To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來一心諗住入索罟灣食海鮮, BUT 落雨大家都費事過去, 行過見到呢度有間近近地就入咗去, BEC 落雨冇得坐出面睇 SEA VIEW 已經有啲失望~之後我地叫咗3個海鮮 & 幾個小菜 TOO BAD......1. 芝士龍蝦伊麵, 啲芝士味完全唔夠香濃~2. 豉椒炒聖子, 正常略淡味~3. 椒鹽瀨尿蝦, 好唔掂, 好明顯係煮定放咗喺度好耐, 啲瀨尿蝦全部都凍冰冰 & 細細隻, 而且冇椒鹽味, 我啲朋友仲食到幾隻"梅" GA TIM... 之後其他 GA 小菜, 4. 招牌乳鴿, 又"鞋"又 DRY5. 琵琶豆腐, 好難食, 舊豆腐一哎就散開, 豆腐魚肉完全分散, 碎濕濕 GUM...其他仲有通菜, 沙拉骨, 都 OK, 全枱只有一碟唔知咩芒果牛柳我覺得好食 LAW!!!埋單每人$150左右, 食啲咁 GA 嘢, 只能夠講一句"NO NEXT TIME"~~~
