To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好一段時間無幫襯過… 午飯時間經過就想食返個楊州炒飯;貪佢有煱氣… 點知落單後唔駛一分鐘就到… 好明顯係炒定晒… 個飯賣相一般,碟頭唔算大,叉燒、炒蛋等配料都幾足,亦有最重要的蔥花,可惜最大至命傷係唔夠熱,勉強叫暖… 好彩佢尚算乾身,飯一粒一粒都分明,算比一般茶餐廳優一點,不過以佢的名氣和收成$50一碟楊州炒飯嘅水平就唔合格,如果要求唔高的一食無妨,其實我期待即炒算好過份嗎?
