To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日下午，一行4人o黎食晏(包括家母)。店舖內唔算多人，但4人檯都坐o左人。D阿姐侍應帶我地去其中一張已經坐了兩個人o既4人檯，叫我地搭檯。但大家覺得6個人坐一張4人檯實在比較迫；眼見另一張4人檯亦只坐了兩個人，又還未落單，便十分客氣地問呢兩位食客可否搬去先前果張4人檯～誰知此話一出，那位男食客便說：「搬去果度？！咁迫，點坐呀！」唉！小妹都明白佢唔係「老馮」同我地換位；但如此態度實在令人反感。本來真想我地4人就坐落佢張檯，好等佢真的嘗嘗「迫」o既滋味；礙於家母同行，唔想玩得咁盡，最後我地都係選擇去另一間食肆。離開時，D阿姐侍應報以奇怪o既目光，唔明白點解我地唔肯6個人坐一張4人檯；但既然你地咁唔憂做，我地都無謂再幫襯你lor。
