呢度主題係燜鍋,其實概念同雞煲有啲類似 都係一開始燜一啲餸菜先,食咗先再開始打邊爐,燜鍋裹嘅餸好豐富,而款式亦都算多。打邊爐前,先食餐前涼拌小食,可以先降降温,分別有拍青瓜丶鮑片海蜇頭丶藕片,夠清新、清涼。最初望到黑色一粒粒以為係啲乜,原來係黑炭花生,香脆同味道唔錯。冰凍蜂巢頭腐同食開嘅質感有少少唔同,口感較強。蟶子皇都幾大隻,有6-7吋長,鮮甜。珍寶扇貝,都洗得夠乾淨,算幾大粒。炸響鈴,滾一滾就可以食。萵筍青綠,亦好甜。牛肉都好靚,不過唔夠食手打墨魚滑,食落都明顯有墨魚粒,有咬口。油麥菜,睇落都幾新鮮。美國桶蠔,幾完整幾鮮甜。西瓜汁好明顯好多咋,真材實料又夠冰凍。
