To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 唔應該係冰室食米線，有機會要試其他

麻甩專員無論快餐定連鎖店都會照食，今次帶大家去呢間連鎖店冰室食lunch專員見最近個天氣有濕有熱，叫左個麻酸辣魚片頭炸響鈴米線($55)連熱飲諗住可以開下胃口大概等左13分鐘左右先上餐以賣相黎講，碗米線都算有合格嘅分數，魚皮頭份量多，另外有兩條炸響鈴(但可惜其中一條上檯時已經浸左入湯)以味道黎講，湯底未見有突出，酸味過多但又唔見有酸菜(應該係加左醋?)，辣味以死辣為主，食唔出有層次嘅辣味魚片頭可以，一碗有6粒算係幾多但可惜響鈴唔應該放入湯到，如果分開上就會比較好，因為未開始食嘅時侯已經淋晒另外湯內佐料應該有一堆炸大豆? 並唔係花生。配米線一齊食嘅感覺顯得有少少奇怪，食唔出特別之處。麻甩專員係到提醒大家食米線都係去返食米線專門店好d不過當然下次有機會可以試下叫其他食物食啦----------------------------麻甩專員評分區店內環境: 6/10食物外觀: 6/10食物味道: 4/10整體分數: 6/10翻食指數: 5/10 ----------------------------
