To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角開咗咁耐,一次都未去過,上次朋友叫我去,我話要減脂推左。由5月30開始維持一個月減脂,進度幾理想,當然放肆一餐食牛角做cheat meal。一個月減左走6.1kgs脂肪,增加2kgs 肌肉。入番正題今次食既係Lv3 即係美國SRF和牛,SRF 分為sliver >black >gold ,至於當日食咩級別就唔清楚1️⃣炸物炸雞,炸年糕,分別係凍,放入口係成口油2️⃣牛角飯唔係想像中超級無敵好食,普普通通3️⃣srf 牛板腱同埋肩胛肉味有但未去到超級濃,好采唔太多筋4️⃣海鮮叫左帶子帶子超細粒,燒前同燒後大約手指公既(指甲)咁上下size5️⃣甜品雪糕得牛乳味同蘋果味,西瓜味(唔洗試),仲有泡芙還可以⏩總括嚟講,時間唔太夠,上菜速度快,但收碟執野就超慢,有漏單情況出現。當日人均消費加埋一,每人約$420,抵唔抵食就見仁見智。

1️⃣炸物
炸雞,炸年糕,分別係凍,放入口係成口油

2️⃣牛角飯
唔係想像中超級無敵好食,普普通通

3️⃣srf 牛板腱同埋肩胛
肉味有但未去到超級濃,好采唔太多筋

4️⃣海鮮叫左帶子
帶子超細粒,燒前同燒後大約手指公既(指甲)咁上下size

5️⃣甜品
雪糕得牛乳味同蘋果味,西瓜味(唔洗試),仲有泡芙還可以

⏩總括嚟講,時間唔太夠,上菜速度快,但收碟執野就超慢,有漏單情況出現。當日人均消費加埋一,每人約$420,抵唔抵食就見仁見智。
