賣走咗架車幾個月,要習慣坐公共交通工具週圍去揾食,三勝邨/西貢/鯉魚門都唔難去,今次挑戰"流浮山",天水圍西鐵站落車,轉乘K65免費接駁巴士15分鐘到,都幾容易。食海鮮最怕被人揾笨,開天刹價,貨不對版等等,Openrice搜索過,見邦記的評論比較正面(已經過濾咗負面評論),冇book位,黃昏6:00 walk in 入去剩最後一張細枱,Lucky😅"邦記"會帶你去"許照記"揀海鮮,下次記住買龍蝦不要貪平,必定要揀"南澳洲",休魚期前必食九節蝦,魚檔用竹籤篤一篤條龍躉尾仲有反應,即係表示新鮮,大大隻扇貝當然用粉絲蒜蓉清蒸。飯店先送每人一碗海鮮湯(非常正)👍,上湯龍蝦推薦叫炒飯底,炒飯底多蛋絲兼索曬啲龍蝦汁,無得頂👍,再送一碟清炒菜心,龍躉炒球有沙皮,要炒到剛剛熟又滑,功力一流👍,扇貝送到上枱,要提提大家記得要等一等才食,因為蒸海鮮上枱前仍是半生熟,剩餘熱力出曬才剛剛好熟透。服務員經常來清理枱面👍,買海鮮用咗$1000~,飯店煮工加油料錢$400~👍
