To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到一坐低啲餐牌已經唔齊全,要問先至有其他餐牌晚餐叫咗雜菜羅宋湯啲雜菜硬的叫咗蕃茄焗豬扒飯啲飯係一粒粒嘅,啲豬扒有浸味-啲香味都冇,賣相更加吾使講最離譜係個 Pizza, Pizza底同啲餡料,Pizza底完全唔趣,可能隔咗吾知幾耐先攞出嚟我懷疑冇焗過就咁拎出嚟,即係餡料同Pizza底係分開整,撥埋一齊咁就拎出嚟最正常係水牛城雞翼,雞翼炸過啲汁調校好叫咗杯椰果香橙梳打,得好小香橙汁,梳打水就好多,比例麻麻哋,見隔離枱留咗杯椰汁紅豆冰,都要求要換過奶嘅比例份量太多之前去過唔係咁㗎,其他分店都有水準,唔知點解呢間咁難食,唔會再去幫襯其實只要俾啲心機做啲食物係唔會咁難食囉,集團唔係有指引嘅咩?
