To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 近排瘋狂的鐘意食上海菜!而對上一次食北京樓已經差不多兩年前,記得那次吃水準還算不錯的今日有事經過太古城,諗唔倒食咩,襯AE card仲有折就去左食北京樓,而且公眾假期既8PM都唔使等位近期最愛:炸銀絲卷銀絲卷精髓在於中間那幼絲,如做拉麵一樣重複拉扯成銀絲,表面就像炸鏝頭一樣,沾上煉奶吃真的美味非常!北京樓這個中間也能造到絲那層次感,就是嫌不夠鬆不夠軟生煎包嬌的的,生煎包包底煎得香脆,包皮厚度也恰度好處。就是肉汁不夠,皮凍不夠,肉香芝麻香油香不夠!最主要既靈魂冇左水煮魚平常的我堅持吃水煮牛,今日就試下食魚呢個水煮魚唔夠辣,唔夠麻,連鹹味都唔夠,淨係夠油!我試左味就冇再掂過咕魯肉 加 蝦仁炒飯個炒飯幾好味,全餐最好味係呢個炒飯,飯粒炒得鬆晒亦夠味道。但咕噜肉完全唔得,味道其實幾好幾開胃,但感覺係食緊粉醬同肥膏。拔丝香蕉我係第一次食拔絲香蕉,好難比評語,只可以話個皮同食糖冇分別,而且入面蕉果part有時會食倒酸酸地,唔鐘意食上海菜來說,北京樓係算唔好食,一係料唔得,料得果陣味道又唔得,比OK係因為有半價,冇半價既話一定唔會來。
