To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一入到間餐廳，星期五晚飯時段都無咩人已經心感不紗。嗌左個2千尾既六人餐：第一碟上既乳豬得六件😂一人一件🙄，可能係食精緻小食，恕我唔識欣賞。每人一碗燉湯，不過不失。隔左好一陣，先黎左個盤菜，再陸續上嗜嗜菜煲，炒飯，加埋杏仁茶，埋單34XX千(連開瓶費300)。每道菜都偏咸，盤菜既食材及味道無驚喜。講梗人均消費係5百幾既時候，哩個價錢並未達標，服務亦只係正常，但份量實食得飽。總括而言，我係唔會再黎哩間食晚飯，亦都唔會介紹比人。
