To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同同事食lunch 諗住試下新野，入左黎呢間餐廳食。一黎到俾左個湯，飲左一淡，咸到飲唔到落去。咁之後叫左個叉燒煎蛋腸仔飯，個飯都係唔好食，D叉燒好硬又冇咩味，但都叫左啦咁唯有食埋去。食完開始飲野，我飲左兩啖就係度禁手機停低左，個同事飲飲下見到入面有隻曱甴！！！！！驚到我都唔敢飲即刻走。之後仲食到肚痛⋯⋯ 真係以後都唔會再黎！
