To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有D趕時間，諗住唔使等位就入去，點知係reception等左3分鐘，無人理；望入去全場得一個waiter.......執緊枱，望到我，繼續執終於等佢執完過黎問我幾位，我話兩位，跟住佢行入去，我地咪跟住行......佢擰個頭黎話，「我叫你等等」.......可能我年紀大，聽唔到；兩條友又行返去個門口又3分鐘後，佢再行出黎，叫我地坐係近門口的枱枱面上除左枱布外，係乜都無又等左3分鐘.....有人黎派碗碟等.........真係好喇........好似望見家鄉嘅感覺終於食完，舉手埋單......舉左5分鐘都無人理，最後唯有我行去搵人埋自己單﹗一流﹗食物，無乜特別服務，好深印象；個個都黑口黑面好心佢收人呢個價錢，就請多幾個工作人員啦，莫講話D工作人員做到黑晒口面，連食客都係一樣﹗唔會再去﹗

服務，好深印象；個個都黑口黑面

好心佢收人呢個價錢，就請多幾個工作人員啦，莫講話D工作人員做到黑晒口面，連食客都係一樣﹗
