To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早起身就已經經openrice app訂位，就諗住book佢個預付午餐，點知book 唔到，都算啦，咁我就咁訂位啦，我㩒入去一時又話錯誤，一時又話滿坐，搞左一陣終於訂到位，以為可能有人取消booking ，咁岩又比我訂到，點知去到除咗小弟個枱之外，一枱都冇，我講既係到我食完都係冇呀，咁點解訂枱要搞咁耐，我唔知係openrice 問題定餐廳問題。咁去到門口，店員問留枱留咩名，我就講左一次，之後佢再問，咁我就show openrice app 既訂枱資料比埋佢睇，點知佢再問留枱留咩名，我心諗可能我講得細聲左，比你睇埋你都仲要問，係咩玩法？咁正如我所講我訂位既時候本身係想訂午餐，但可能係個apps 問題啦，咁我就同店員講我今朝有一個咁既情況可唔可以做到網上個個優惠比我哋，咁佢話唔得，咁我都明白既，可能係d條款問題，咁都冇所謂啦，我見a la cart menu 都有lunch set 既野叫，咁最多散叫。咁我叫左個龍蝦湯牛角包呢個係牛角包包住龍蝦湯，個龍蝦湯有少少干邑味，但就唔太夠龍蝦味，之後個牛角包個尖位應該焗得太過，有一陣燶味。意粉帶子龍蝦汁扁意粉呢個叫做正正常常，係份量少咗dd。主菜

和牛面頰配黑松露薯蓉
個牛面頰係做得幾好食，d配菜都炒得幾好，調味過，但個所謂既黑松露薯蓉，首先賣相就黑色既，講真睇落真係似排泄物，諗住睇落去差可能食落去岩味，點知食落去係酸既味，我未試過松露係咁既味

太嘔心冇睇到相。

最後8折左之後500蚊。
最後cp值差，唔推介。
