To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

訂咗位,未夠6pm入座都被安排坐個熱到飛起嘅死角位,反映過兩次,店員有調大個冷氣,但係部冷氣係正頭頂,根本就吹唔到,天花板有把由開業至今都無洗過,封晒塵嘅吊扇,對通風毫無幫助,所以唯有熱住咁食飯...先嚟個爵士湯都算係正常發揮。再嚟個咕嚕肉,賣相幾靚,但一食落去除咗又凍又唔脆之外,本身舊豬肉又無肉味又無醃味,似係一舊生豬肉就咁上漿炸定晒係到好耐,等有order就係咁二撈d汁兜兩下就算。然後係個所謂招牌菜芝麻雞拼風沙雞,又係外表好靚,但食落又係無味嘅,食兩三舊已經唔想再食。另外亦叫咗錦鹵雲吞、炒菜、肉絲炒麵,算正常可放得入口,無乜特別。可能係我第一次嚟期望過高啦... 但同枱食飯嘅都認為有d名過其實,同樣做傳統粵菜嘅舖頭好多都整得好食過佢,所以唔會再幫襯喇...

先嚟個爵士湯都算係正常發揮。再嚟個咕嚕肉,賣相幾靚,但一食落去除咗又凍又唔脆之外,本身舊豬肉又無肉味又無醃味,似係一舊生豬肉就咁上漿炸定晒係到好耐,等有order就係咁二撈d汁兜兩下就算。

然後係個所謂招牌菜芝麻雞拼風沙雞,又係外表好靚,但食落又係無味嘅,食兩三舊已經唔想再食。另外亦叫咗錦鹵雲吞、炒菜、肉絲炒麵,算正常可放得入口,無乜特別。
