To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住同朋友食得好DD，揀左 LV4和牛放題點知性價比咁低，包含嘅任選小食入面，原來有幾款都冇，但沒有事先講明。而海鮮扇貝及蝦等，簡直唔新鮮到爆，炸物係有油浸住，D炸粉又厚又唔脆，牛肉更加大失所望，質素超低。食到中途有隻蟑螂爬到枱上，立即想叫職員，但係等咗好耐先有人幫忙，隻蟑螂已經不知所蹤... 之後已經唔敢再食其他嘢，冇哂食慾😥食完呢餐，又搞肚痛又肚屙咗幾次，真心冇諗過大集團會咁。(申利:本人今朝先做完body check，尋晚已一早空腹，之後亦都冇食過其他嘢～所以唔係受其他食物所影響)如果大家唔想清腸胃，就自己諗清楚🙈本身都唔想寫篇嘢影響佢哋，食物質素其次，但係令到身體有影響，我覺得大家都要小心
