To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔會想再食多次既拉麵

登龍街有好多拉麵店，當日誤打誤撞就入左黎豚王，店員比左張拉面紙我點，點左普通，椰菜，有得簡蔥但我唔太鐘意食蔥所以簡左椰菜，點知黎到放係面頭既椰菜係凍既。。。真係即刻唔太開胃，凍還凍，唔洗凍到咁掛。睇menu再加拉面紙上應該係無提過有木耳，點知黎到係有木耳。。。唔緊要好彩我都食，到面既軟冧度我又係簡左普通，又真係好普通，但啲面黎到，啲面條係痴到一舊舊。。。咁樣叫普通軟冧度嗎？到湯底濃郁我簡左厚，點知都係黎到係無乜味。唯一想讚又唔記得影相既，就係另外order既紫菜同埋溏心蛋，講紫菜先，好大塊又另外上比我，自己可以meet開佢或者同朋友Share, 但本身都預左唔係好脆預左浸落湯到食，唔脆就算啦咁，到隻蛋，真係溏心加終於有味。食完望下個廚房啦，點知見到係啲EE好是但咁企哂係到，是但煮完碗面就拎出黎。。。見到咁真係無下次。。。。
