To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原本收工想買士林個牛肉麵,點知收左爐唔加單,咁呢間仲開緊咪幫襯下。之前都上過黎見過D食評話唔掂,但又成日行過都見佢幾多人幫襯,諗住試下無壞,點知唔試由自可,一試無下次,叫個牛丸墨丸酸辣米線外賣返屋企食,一打開一陣好似人地嘔完既酸味,諗住酸野聞出黎係咁上下,試下啖湯,個味道都係咁上下...再食下D丸,嘩~~~仲衰過D任叫火鍋既丸,成碗野完全唔掂,仲要賣成$27蚊真係唔明點解仲有咁多人幫襯,定還是我點錯野食呢???
