曾經很喜歡食Applegreen,但唔知點解越來越少分店。今日去開尖沙咀就黎食個brunch,點知真係中伏。首先一去到個reception無人嘅,行到入去成班侍應係度吹水,雖然佢地見到我即刻招呼我,但第一感覺已經唔好。之後叫野食,以前最愛的egg in the hole, honey ham變左重口味肥膩bacon, 個egg hole入面隻蛋以前係流心嘅,依家差不多全熟。另一個三文魚粟米餅班尼迪,粟米餅外面煎香,但入面仲係粉雷雷未熟晒。果兩隻egg benedict仲過份,上到黎我問點解唔見左蛋,原來有隻跌左落碟面解體左。但點解好地地一隻egg benedict會咁易散?因為嚴格來說隻蛋似溫泉蛋,梗係易散啦!整egg benedict過熟都算,但呢次係唔成型喎,兩隻都係咁!一間餐廳連溫泉蛋同egg benedict都未識分,質素可以有幾好?埋單果陣,我地仲聽到侍應係度講「哎也,聽到最精彩果陣聽唔到添」,應該係我地埋單阻住左佢傾偈。真係唔好意思,不過我地應該唔會再幫襯,唔會再阻到你。
