To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於到星期四，今日收工好想食甜野，行左去基隆街見到有爆漿阿華田西多士食，即刻行入去！爆漿阿華田西多士（$33）原本內餡係花生醬餡，加$2可以轉朱古力榛子醬，要邪惡當然要邪惡到底，我當然要榛子！一上枱見到賣相非常吸引，西多士嘅中間好似一個阿華田mix奶漿水塘仔，上面灑滿阿華田粉，一切開就見到澎湃既爆漿，入口先會食到阿華田味同蛋香，慢慢咬落榛子醬嘅味道就會出嚟，再飲啖鴛鴦，正到爆！不過份量都唔細，揾人同你share就最好啦！下午茶食仲抵，只要$33就包埋熱飲，bookmark下次再嚟食！招牌鮮煎餃子($40/8隻）今日揀左韮菜餃，好有驚喜！餃子煎得平均同靚之餘，一咬仲會爆汁，超級juicy！強烈推薦！舖頭細細，坐位唔算多，其實係家庭式經營，啲姨姨叔叔好nice，行過都會問你啲嘢食好唔好食，又問你甜品等你食完主食先上好唔好，感覺好窩心！
