上星期同朋友嚟咗大埔呢間木船食泰國嘢,其實餐廳更加近太和站,喺太和站對出行7分鐘左右就到。餐廳裝修如舖名,真係好似置身於一架用木造嘅船入面咁,幾有心思。我同朋友就叫咗個招牌燒豚肉飯同芝士肉醬焗意粉,再加上兩個必叫嘅椰青。估唔到泰國餐廳會有芝士肉醬焗意粉,一於試試你。先講佢個招牌燒豚肉飯,燒汁甜甜地,撈飯幾正,上面嘅木瓜沙律醬汁都偏甜,如果好甜應該會幾鍾意呢個飯。木瓜沙律下面有粒溫泉蛋,整體都幾好食。跟定食我哋揀咗個冬陰功湯,都幾正宗,有椰香。仲配有三款小食甜品,三樣味道都唔錯。個肉醬意粉芝士唔算多,但佢嘅肉做得比其他出面連鎖餐廳好,佢唔係淨係用大量嘅肥肉去提升佢個香味,瘦肉比例高,所以唔止食意粉,仲清晒啲肉碎,唔錯。最後飲埋兩個新鮮椰青,滿足!
