To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日又係泰式環節, 首選係我必點既生菜包😌 配料只有豬肉碎、芫茜, 好單調! 外表看不見辣椒, 但味道卻非常辣, 怕辣人士可免則免啊!冬陰功一向俾我既印象都係香料重、辣味濃既泰式湯, 但呢度卻係酸味多過辣味, 唔知係咪廚師調味出錯呢! 而且草菇份量少, 蝦亦唔新鮮, 好失望! 雞肉串燒配辣醬, 醬汁就係精粹, 辣得黎令你想一點再點, 味道唔錯香脆易入口! XO醬炒芥蘭, 用乾蒜比起生蒜炒味道更勝一籌, 用蒜粒也可送飯~最後登場既係粉絲蝦煲, 驚喜地有5隻爽口大蝦, 味道好香! 但記住粉絲好快索哂蝦汁, 一上枱大家快D開始食!值得一讚既係員工服務態度滿分, 自動幫我地加水之餘, 剝完蝦殼亦遞上濕紙巾, 非常好!
