To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好久好久以前,在九龍城已經經常會吃「小曼谷」。一直以來我也覺得他們的串燒是最好吃的!所以作為一個元朗人,元朗的「小曼谷」也已經成為我一個小飯堂今天我又心癢來吃串燒,很貪心地叫了一個拼盤,水準完全沒變⋯!特別喜愛他們的燒雞翼和泰式香腸,惹味得真的讓人上癮!店主同時推介了泰北燒牛肉嫩牛肉以炭火輕輕烤熟, 沾上別具風味的醬汁,看來又會成為一道令我不停回味的菜式。另外還選了泰式鮮蝦炒金邊粉和鐵板豬頸肉啫椰菜苗。這兩味菜少一點火喉也不會好吃,但我們兩個人5分鐘就把他們吃光了實在太讚,一解我暫時未能去泰國的遺憾!
