To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔滿足嘅譚仔

食譚仔其實好開心，但係點解話佢係唔滿足呢，原因就係佢炸醬份量太少，好孤寒朋友叫咗個魚腐炸醬米線，明明炸醬同魚腐都係分別一個餸，但係魚腐份量正常，炸醬就得少少，基本上同嗌過橋個碟仔嘅份量一樣，好嬲相反廚房嘅姐姐就較爲大方，竹笙十小辣米線，竹笙都比得好多，條條好好完整冇散到不過十小辣就真係冇咩料到另外一個朋友叫咗三個餸生菜，竹笙，墨丸，份量都滿滿嘅豬耳都係，辣油同辣椒醬太少，唔夠浸住啲豬耳，會影響入唔入味
