To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 明明餐牌寫出黎個啲都好普通好正常,見到碟野都唔圍意,點知一擺入口,咩黎架,我依啲但求食得飽要求又唔高,都覺得超級難食。唔知幾時開始蒸肉餅飯舊肉變左午餐肉,泰式肉碎變左酸菜雜豆肉粒,九唔搭八,定係廚餘黎?到底邊個諗出黎?我想食個普通飯都要偷換概念,有無攪錯。55蚊要食啲咁難食既飯,我真係寧願俾貴10蚊食大家樂,或者俾少10蚊食附近間餃子,再行返去牛頭角食米線都開心好多。怪唔得晚飯時間,都咁小人流,拜拜
