To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知食咩好 就去食三哥

今日午餐唔知食咩好 見到譚仔三哥就入咗去啦今日叫咗新出嘅酸菜湯煙鴨胸米線同糊辣腩肉魚片頭米線新出嘅呢個酸菜湯，好夠酸味，又有少少辣，我覺得唔錯，好似仲好食過佢原本嘅酸辣湯，幾開胃煙燻鴨胸嘅煙熏味唔太重，鴨肉唔騷之餘仲有少少咬口，個煙鴨胸令我幾驚喜，冇諗過三哥都整到呢種質素本阿湯就正正常常啦，少少香濃嘅辣味，比起腩肉我覺得個魚片頭浸咗湯之後都幾好食，唔錯不過我覺得依家三哥上菜嘅速度好慢，有時都係貪快先食佢，點知佢太慢啊，今日我碗米線都等咗10幾分鐘先有杯芝麻奶蓋可以一試 有芝麻味，但唔太濃，唔會搶走啲奶味
