早兩晚食左。環境就真係無乜特別,成個銅鑼灣無十間都有九間,普通西餐格局,暗暗地又唔係好睇得清楚果種。食物就真係睇唔出係乜野菜系,呢度寫係法國菜﹖真係唔覺,我覺得像歐陸菜多少少,又意粉又薄餅又白酒煮蜆咁,咁係有煎鵝肝既,但係今時今日搵間無煎鵝肝既重難啦。叫左個Full Course的四菜晚餐,有頭盤有湯有主菜有甜品咁。頭盤係白酒煮蜆,唔錯,蜆隻隻都去左左湯,夠嫩,味道亦夠香。湯係磨菇湯,一d味道都無喎﹗主菜係大蝦意粉,呢個就真係奇怪,隻蝦完全唔得,可以整得咁難食咁無味咁似發泡膠既,用雪貨都唔緊要,起碼煮好少少哩,反而個意粉就唔錯喎,起碼夠硬身、夠惹味,唔係好似意大利但比係香港大部份西餐都叫好。有樣得就有樣唔得,梅花間竹咁上,呢間野真係恕我唔識講,不過咁既價位,都無理由比多次機會佢啦,下嘛﹖

頭盤係白酒煮蜆,唔錯,蜆隻隻都去左左湯,夠嫩,味道亦夠香。
