To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2008年1月25日下午3:30 左右喇~唔多人，一入去就有位，門面及裝修普通，要等位一定唔試；兩個人叫左兩碗米線，我叫左腐皮、肉碎、牛肉；湯底一般、牛肉好UN，肉碎是招牌菜都可以，腐皮有腐皮味，不過全碗都搵唔到丁點雲南風味，(除有芽菜相似外)其他就完全唔係這回事，我只可以講好大碗，壯男都一定夠飽，其他水準都在一般之下,參加饑饉三十之前食一碗，會放心好多，唔怕餓親
