To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚岳母跟我們說要到“這裡”吃飯,聽到後完全不知道是啥地方 ... 到了,原來是從前的新光。怎麼可能,煮的時間不一樣,但全部菜一齊上🤨!“清蒸沙巴龍躉”,淡,沒什麼魚味,蒸得有點過熟,一點點柴,但豉油汁還可以。“鮮淮山炆雞煲”,全是帶骨雞件,什麼部位都有,但胸及翼比較多,又多碎骨,不過癮,味道沒啥特別,普通蠔油汁一個,合格。“西蘭花炒帶子”,那些帶子大粒過波仔棋的波子,厲害,西蘭花還好,夠味。侍應阿姨說,糖水賣光了,送一份“桂花糕”給我們,味道中規中矩。總結:不是難吃,但不要有期望,食得飽就ok了。

“清蒸沙巴龍躉”,淡,沒什麼魚味,蒸得有點過熟,一點點柴,但豉油汁還可以。
