To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 事源家人去咗佢哋香港仔分店龍薈酒樓叫咗隻北京片皮鴨一食,員工無衛生意識吾戴手套切鴨肉都算,最過分係剩係切咗大量鴨皮出尼,只切出不到整隻鴨的四分之一的鴨肉,然後就想將鴨架收。家人非常愕然,問其職員為何只切出鴨皮,剩餘大量鴨肉在鴨架,該職員則奸笑道"片皮鴨吾食皮,吾通食咩啊?",然後就想把鴨架收走。之後向佢哋經理投訴,姓賴經理亦聲稱"食片皮鴨吾食皮,食咩啊"。之後投訴寫字樓又無人理。所以本人開始相信片皮鴨原來係剩係食皮,笑死人,片皮鴨剩係食皮呢啲新興文化從此由龍薈酒樓帶起。 continue reading

起12/8嘅下午,約左我嫲去龍薈食下午茶。當中環境華麗,算係新派裝潢幾靚。酒樓都幾多人食下。當時就叫左伊面,菜心,香蕉包,棉花鷄同炒米。整體食物都算ok,啲鷄都嫩滑同肥美,芋頭鬆軟。炒米同菜心冇話有乜特別,味道正常ok。香蕉包唔錯,告型可愛,食落有香蕉甜甜地嘅味,幾特別。整體唔錯,算係值得來邊食邊嘆。 continue reading

魚翅湯入面有蒼蠅同蟲蛹喺湯裡面。味道方面都唔好,湯底唔夠鮮美,冇咩特別嘅味道。魚翅自己嘅味道亦都冇咩特色,冇留低咩深刻嘅印象。而且,收銀員嘅態度都好差。佢冇禮貌同冷漠,冇咩服務意識。我覺得食飯唔單止係食物嘅味道,服務嘅態度同質素亦都好重要。作為一個食客,我期望可以試到令人難忘嘅美食。對於一碗高級嘅魚翅湯嚟講,味道係非常關鍵嘅。我希望餐廳可以聽取顧客嘅意見,改進湯底嘅調味方式,提升整碗湯嘅口感同味道。同時,餐廳亦都需要重視員工嘅態度同服務質素。好嘅服務態度可以提升食客嘅用餐體驗,帶來更加愉快嘅感受。總括而言,對於呢碗魚翅湯嚟講,我有好多唔滿意嘅地方。希望餐廳可以留意顧客嘅反饋,改進食物嘅味道同服務態度,提供更好嘅食物體驗。 continue reading

今早10點叫左粥,大約5分鐘上枱,溫度大約50度,可以即時食,個點心拼盤和鮮竹卷,等左大約25分鐘才有,上枱2款點心都無煙的,點心拼盤只有大約40度,和體溫一樣,唔夠熱完全唔好味,鮮竹卷好D,熱一點,大約有50度,其實都係唔好味,11點後見到其他枱的點心上枱是有煙的,唔知點解10點叫點心上枱會唔熱。 continue reading
